Our Online Store Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.


All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Items returned after 14 days will not be eligible for a refund.


To return an item, please email customer service at info@absolutesecurityalarms.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the undamaged item in origonal packaging and receipt , and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Our Shipping Policy

Orders that are received M-F by 3 PM Pacific will be contacted within two business days to gather any custom programming information. Once the information has been collected, we will program the unit, bench test, and ship it within three business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.  Any units that are not in need of custom programming, will be shipped within two business days.

We are the sole owners of the information collected from you when you contact us through this website. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contacts from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to contact you for a consultation appointment per your request, to schedule an installation.

We will use your e-mail address only to respond to your direct questions requesting a response. We will not contact you for any other reason without you requesting us to do so.

Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
